The question has been asked, and honestly; I don't know of a woman, that doesn't find a man more appealing and sexy than one who can dance. If we are talking about real dancing and not just the prom sway. I mean look at how many woman from the 80s that fell in love and still talk about Dirty Dancing and Footloose.
Generally, MOST woman love to dance and it is disappointing when you are with someone that doesn't. Whether it be because they think it makes them less manly or because they are afraid of looking foolish, they are both farthest from the truth. It makes them more powerful and in control. A man who is not afraid to learn and lead a woman in a dance is very brave and yields more power than they can ever know.
The best American dance you can take part in is West Coast Swing. There is much diversity and voice in this dance. You are not stuck with a type or genre. It can be flirty, fun and interpretive. You only need to learn and stick with it. Women will help you to practice and become better. Most Westies are not shy and very helpful on the social floor, so you need not fear people watching or making fun of you.
Dancing may or may not help you find the woman of your dreams. It will however take you places and improve your confidence. You will make many friends and acquaintances along the way and you the group you choose to travel with and make your base camp will become your family. So get out of the bar or your comfort zone and come dancing. You will be better for it, no matter who or what you find.
